The item arrived a bit broken, but I could glue it back together. The pieces were fragile, so be careful. It was charming, and I can't wait to use it.

When it arrived, the box was all smashed in. The item was wrapped well, but the Santa was broken at the feet. However, I was able to superglue him together thank goodness. I love it and look forward to enjoying it with my family this Christmas ! One more thing, I love how it smells like wood burning in the fireplace!
